Spectacular green-winged orchids on display on the village green at Malvern Wells. Kudos again to the Malvern Wells Parish Council for a new management regime which is allowing special plants like this to spread on this area.

It’s Well Dressing weekend in Malvern; this year’s theme is trees and you can be guaranteed some beautiful, creative and unusual displays – all created by people and groups from the Malvern Community. There are over 50 wells scattered about the hills, commons and town, so why not get exploring? Tours last roughly 1.5 hours and depart from the Rosebank Gardens bus stop.

Lovely weekend coming up 😊 Please may you ask all well-dressers to please take as much care as possible to not disturb the integrity of the natural flora surrounding the wells, especially up higher on the hills where damaging the sward or exposing bare soil can lead to the invasion of undesirable species and the loss of rare habitat. Thank you 🙏🏻😊
